The Snow Lake trail is a short one, passing Bench Lake in 3/4 pf a mile and getting to Snow Lake at 1.1 miles. It looked flat on the map except maybe at the end, so I thought I would have an easy last hike. As it turned out, the trail is exceedingly steep up and down with high steps. Not for anyone with bad knees. But I guess you get what you pay for.

At least it started out nicely

I think that Bench Lake had an even better reflection

So this is what it is for. The sun was directly above, so I had to shade the camera with my hand. It was so bright, I couldn't even see that I was in the picture.

Campsite #1 - I am definitely going to have to camp here some day.
